 The
Gremlin is an acronym for Garden Route Electronic Mail for
Local Information and News. It is in the planning phase,
but will be a newspaper in electronic format that will be
distributed FREE to subscribers on a Tuesday and Friday
morning. It will have predominantly local content with
original articles and photographs and NOT be a relay station
for the thousands of stories available on the internet.

Various
individuals & businesses will contribute on a voluntary basis
and receive acknowledgement and free advertising for their
efforts. South Cape Net will be responsible for editing
and distribution. Advertising will be offered to local
businesses. This will be entirely FREE for the first 3-6
months in order to get maximum market penetration and then SCN
will look at cost structures. |
